Wild Pastis 2cl 44.66% ABV

The perfect balanced pastis, neither over-vegetal nor simple. Twenty or so plants and spices add a touch of complexity and perfect harmony. Delicate and refreshing. A Pastis to quench your thirst. A touch of wild gentian, to give it its typical character. Fine and elegant, to be drunk like a pastis, on the rocks, as an aperitif, 1 part wild pastis, 5 or 6 parts water.

Nose: Expressive wormwood, mugwort and liquorice anise.

Palate: Thirst-quenching, fresh, fluid, spices and plants add a touch of originality to this Pastis.

Finish: Aniseed and herbal notes.
