With its unique flavour combining the sweetness of apples and chestnuts, Le Birlou will tantalise your taste buds and transport you to the Cantalien chestnut grove. 

Our chestnuts are infused whole to preserve all their aromatic qualities.

BIR because the original recipe was eaten with beer, LOU as a reminder of "pelou", the name given in the Massif Central to the prickly chestnut.
