Gin Salers Vieilli Limited Edition 40,3° (2cl)

A unique combination of 11 botanicals, including the gentian root grown in the Massif Central, the gin is distilled in small batches in water baths in the historic Gentiane Salers stills. This slow, low-temperature distillation preserves all the delicate aromas. The bitterness of the gentian is erased to extract the floral expression of its terroir of origin.

In this limited edition, it is then aged for 6 months in oak barrels containing walnut stain.
